Trical 35-SP is a proprietary formulation of highly concentrated precipitated calcium carbonate dried to soluble powder form. Trical 35-SP is designed to deliver calcium in an available form to the crown area of turf and ornamentals.Trical 35-SP is designed with advanced, proprietary technology to achieve microparticle sizes. Trical 35-SP provides highly available calcium for soil and turf and may be used as a substitute or strategic management supplement for granular calcium applications or liming requirements.

Calcium is essential for both soil and plant health. However, like other nutrients it must be soluble to perform its critical roles. Unlike traditional products, Trical 35-SP is designed to provide signifcant amounts of immediately soluble, quickly available calcium to compensate for soil defciencies and overcome restricting availability factors such as high phosphorous and bicarbonates.According to the Illinois Department of Agriculture, liming materials can be expected to deliver available calcium at the following rates depending on the indicated particle sizes:

COMPATIBILITY: Do not tank mix Trical 35-SP with any product (s) until compatibility has frst been established by
using the standard quart jar method.

MIXING: It is recommended to “pre-slurry” material prior to addition to the spray tank (order of addition #5). If you
do not “pre-slurry”, Trical 35-SP must be the frst item introduced into the spray tank (order of addition #1). Do not
add more than 0,1 kg/L of water in the spray tank. Do not allow the mixture to sit without agitation.

APPLICATION: Apply with any equipment that delivers desired amount of material to the target area. Spray
equipment will ideally have screens and strainers with openings of 50 mesh or larger. Although Trical 35-SP is non-
burning, it should be watered in immediately to prevent a light residue from forming on the grass blades. Water in

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply 10 – 20 kg/ha. Best results will be realised by applying lower to mid-rate ranges on a
regular schedule throughout the growing season.
