Meet Our New General Manager

Graham Downs started with the Organisation in the middle of February as General Manager.
Graham has a Master`s Degree in Business Administration and is also a member of the Institute of Building Engineers.
Graham has been employed in Local Government for the last 18 years as a Chief Officer heading up services including Grounds Maintenance and Building Maintenance. This involved carrying out a Head of Service role for a staff compliment of 450 employees and a Turnover of £32 million per annum.
Prior to this role Graham was employeed with a Major UK wide Sportsturf organisation for 8 years where he completed many major sportsground constructions, race courses,golf courses and all types of grass construction and maintenance.
Graham`s role is to take the Company through this period of expansion and growth and develop systems to ensure the Company can withstand the challenges and the pace of change within the industry.
